These terms cover informational use of cosoluciones.net and service inquiries to CO Soluciones IT, RUC 1712434032001. Service-specific terms are set out in the accepted quotation, agreement or order.
Commercial information
Listed prices are indicative in USD and exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Availability, resources, licensing, support scope and provisioning times are confirmed before purchase.
Hosting and domains
Hosting plans allow unlimited additional hosted domains subject to acceptable use and plan resources; this does not include unlimited free domain registrations. The included primary .COM domain is subject to availability, an active paid plan and specific renewal terms.
Annual VPS offer
Linux and Windows VPS annual promotion provides 12 months for the price of 10 monthly payments with annual prepayment. Taxes, optional services, special licenses and renewals follow the applicable written offer.
Acceptable use
Spam, malware, unauthorized access, attacks, illegal activities and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited. Proportionate protective actions may be taken.
Payments and termination
Due dates, renewals, suspension, backups, migration, cancellation and any refunds are governed by the applicable offer and agreement, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
Availability and liability
We work toward service continuity and security; specific service levels or guarantees apply only when agreed in writing. Customers should maintain independent backups when required by their continuity policies.
